We paid for this airbnb for 20 days although half of this we were at the beach so we were not staying here. The location was close to everything so that was great. Security wise, all the things that we left at the airbnb were still there when we returned so it was a relatively safe place. The owner was very responsive to messages and answered promptly. Based on the photos we expected a bigger place. The dinning table only had 4 chairs and we were 7 adults plus 1 infant. They did not provide any additional chairs knowing the number of guests checking in but hey we have legs. When we arrived the house was dusty, we were sneezing for several days. Bathrooms are always a make or break for us and it was not what we expected based from photos. We paid $5 for cleaning fee so I'll leave that to your imagination. There were hairs left on the shower. And the shower curtain was atrocious on the main bathroom on the second floor, it had molds.

Kurakami was very responsive. I booked her place for my family who was visiting Las Pinas and they really enjoyed the property. It was clean, cozy and spacious. I would definitely recommend Kurakami’s place .

Kurakami home was very nice, the family enjoyed it and loved being there. very clean and private. For local standards this a very nice two story townhouse. If it is your first time to the Philippines and not used to homes set ups you should relax your expectations a little and accept this marvel for what it is. a beautiful home in a secure and quiet community.
