Excellent stay at Saratoga Spring Estates. Amazing hosts Joe and Sherry. Beautiful neighborhood and surrounding trails in the mountains. Weekly cleaning is a nice touch. If you like nature, this is your place!

This little cottage on a large estate is delightful! Very private and quiet, with a nice skylight in the center. Joseph was a friendly, helpful and engaging host. I was able to pick fresh persimmons from his tree. The spring water on the property is healthful, healing and delicious. I would come back again!

This magical place is so close to everything the bay area has to offer but feels like you are tucked into a quiet mountain setting. The gated entrance provides an added sense of security. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and the grounds are gorgeous. I am picky about beds and the bed was great! The water was delicious and left my skin and hair feeling marvelous. Joe was very helpful and communicative when needed but was also very respectful of my privacy. I highly recommend staying here!

This place is pure magic! The vegetable garden and the fruit trees and beautiful redwoods on the property! Joseph and his wife are such great people, they even made me a plate of delicious food for dinner despite me not being able to join them. I wish I had more time to socialize but I was just busy with work. The cabin is perfect for some light cooking and spending the night, you are not going to want to be inside during the day because their garden is a very inviting place to sit and work!

Stayed at Joe and Sherry’s place - a beautiful, meticulously clean and well equipped cottage behind the main villa - for two weeks. The experience was simply outstanding end to end. Joe is extremely responsive and helpful. His genuine devotion to sharing that little paradise with guests, and treating them like family (sharing their BBQ dinners which was just delicious) was heartwarming and I greatly appreciate it. The cottage is well equipped with quality furniture and appliances. The warm welcome combined with the fresh alpine air and spring water make the place a sanctuary of peace and rejuvenation that is endlessly refreshing. If you’re looking to find peace and enjoy nature during your gateway, Joe’s place is the place to go! Saratoga and Los Gatos downtown are 5-10 minutes drive, while the Montalvo garden, which is breathtaking, is in walking distance. Thanks Joe and Sherry for the great experience, and I look forward to visiting you again.
