The location is superb for swimming every day and the house is quite spacious. Our main issue was the house was somewhat neglected and needed several small repairs, like securing the railing leading up to the house, taking care of mold, fixing the dishwasher, etc. These were small inconveniences for an otherwise comfortable house.

Giulietta was a wonderful host and was extremely responsive to all of our questions and requests. The house is absolutely magnificent, with beautiful views of the ocean and direct access to the beach. Air conditioning works well. Highly recommend this property, especially for a group of people or a family.

The house is really beautiful and modern, what we liked very much, it is perfect for vacations, it misses some small things to be comfortable but we felt there as at home. And then the view and the proximity with the beach is a real treat! We spent 2 really pleasant weeks there.

This is an excellent long-term stay! We are a company of five that stayed at Giullieta's for 10 days and we had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, an amazing terrace for the afternoons and a washer. We especially loved that everyone had their own private space and toilet. The house can get pretty warm in the mornings, but there is air conditioning throughout the property so this shouldn't be a problem. Location was great, it's basically 30 seconds away from a lovely beach and a quick 15-min drive from Chios. It's the perfect base to explore Mastichochoria and the amazing beaches in the south of the island. Communication was great and Giullieta was super flexible with whatever request we had. We would definitely come back to explore more of Chios!
