I really loved my stay here! The Airbnb is super clean and nicely designed. It’s very private, I appreciated how it was in the middle of a city but didn’t feel like it at all. The check-in instructions were very clear, with photos and labels. Many towels were provided and the coffee was a nice touch too since I’m totally a caffeine addict! There were a lot of amenities in general, I didn’t personally use the iron or the washing machine/dryer but if you go on business trips like I do from time to time, that’s super useful. A major plus of this place was a ton of space and toys for kids to play with! Overall, would definitely stay again!

Overall it did not feel worth the price to stay here. Location overall was good however the actual residence was at the end of a long, one-lane gravel drive which was difficult to maneuver in and out of. The owners lived on the property, and one evening when we came back to the house the owners were using the backyard that was advertised (including a man without a shirt on, which was uncomfortable). Also, the night before we left their dog was barking at midnight which made it difficult to sleep. The cleanliness of the property was good except there were ants all over the kitchen the whole 10 days we stayed. We appreciated that there was laundry on premises, and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery etc though we were loathe to use it due to the ants. Also, there was no working ice machine in the fridge. The backyard was great— our kids really enjoyed all the toys and play structures. It was the reason we booked this property and it did deliver, though the novelty wore off after a few days (that’s on having a 2 and 4 year old). I think our stay here really cemented that we are not satisfied with the overall Airbnb experience, and will likely choose hotels with housekeepers in the future over a stay in someone else’s residence.

This property fit our needs for the weekend. We had 6 people total (4 adults and 2 kids) and we fit using all the beds this apartment offered. My 2 year old couldn't get enough of the play area so that was a dream set up compared to being couped up in a hotel. I loved being able to share this space with my parents during our family trip so we had a nice place to be together and hang out away from the craziness of the city. Check in was simple, host communication was great, and check out requests weren't crazy. Nice quiet place to lay our head at night.

good location. friendly host and the family. well-equipped kitchen and home appliances. great playground for kids. smooth communication on problems occurred and the settlements(hot water, toilet).

Great place in a great location! The house and yard were just as described; very comfortable, well appointed, and clean. The location is ideal to access Seattle and surrounding area. Plenty of space for our family of four. Garden area was gorgeous. Maria and her family were responsive to any questions or queries, and communication was excellent. If we ever make it back to the area we will definitely try to book this again.
