We stayed in this apartment for the month while we had work done in ours and it was a great and comfortable stay as a family of 4. Boerum hill is a convenient, safe and great neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed for our regular routine. A few toys and board games as well as kid safe utensils, high chair, pack and play. The hosts were incredible responsive and helpful and understanding to our sometimes unpredictable noise levels. We loved our stay!

Billy and Anastasia are fabulous hosts. They are friendly and responsive. The apartment is well positioned near to lots of great restaurants and shops, as well as transportation links. We love staying here!

We had a good stay. The apartment served as a good base to explore Brooklyn / Williamsburg and Manhattan. Good transport links, nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The welcome manual was helpful. The front of the apartment is quite bright but the bedrooms at the back get no light. Whilst the street is relatively quiet, the neighbours upstairs make a lot of noise which starts early in the morning. The apartment, especially the bathroom, was a little more tired than we expected since the listing says it’s been recently renovated. But the kitchen did appear newer with excellent appliances and we had everything we needed (although champagne flutes would have been very welcome). We enjoyed freshly brewed coffee every morning which Billy & Anastasia kindly provided. The living space was comfortable and really nicely furnished. Overall a good stay and whilst we didn’t meet our hosts personally (check in is via a key safe) Billy & Anastasia came across friendly and helpful.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, viele öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe um an jedes beliebige Ziel zu gelangen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Küche in der Wohnung, sie ist gut ausgestattet und man kann nach einem langen Tag unterwegs hier das Essen genießen. Das Bad war dagegen leider etwas klein und schon abgenutzt. Auch ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und man hört von außen viel und die Nachbarn von oben. Anastasia und Billy sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, es gibt ein Buch mit Empfehlungen und sie waren bei Fragen sehr reaktionsschnell.
