Das Haus war schön und das Grundstück und die Lage sind wirklich verwunschen. Wir waren mit zwei Familien angereist, 4 erwachsene, 4 Kinder und ein Kleinkind. Leider gab es nur 2 Ventilatoren und wir baten um 2 weitere, auf diese Frage haben wie keine Antwort bekommen, weder von Richard, noch vom verantwortlichen Manager. Ich hatte meinen Tesla laden wollen, daraufhin und der Gärtner die Kabel gezogen und mich verwarnt, danach hatte ich einen Anruf bekommen dies zu unterlassen. Ich habe mich darauf eingelassen und gebeten uns zwei weitere Ventilatoren oder Klimaanlagen zukommen zu lassen, leider wurde dies nie umgesetzt. Die Haushälterin für das Haus konnte nur italienisch und somit war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, wir wurden auch nur auf die wichtigen Dinge, wie die Trennung des Mülls, den defekten Geschirrspüler richtig und die Autos nicht auf dem Grundstück zu parken.

The Villa is lovely and is everything as advertised. The views are picturesque, you are literally the only house for a good distance. The only thing to be aware of is that it's a 20 minute drive to any sort of civilisation and a further 20 minutes to what I would call a suitable place to have lunch / do a food shop etc. This was easily resolved on our first evening where we found a Lidl in Marsciano, (Not necessarily the closest but the most robust for feeding our family of 6) There is very little at Villa Caporlese in terms of utilities outside of the bare essentials. There was no washing up liquid, washing tablets for the dishwasher, tea towels or kitchen roll, heat proof gloves for the over, no tin opener (classic), no grater. It led to a lot of adhoc solutions, which were quaint but frustrating. I'm having a moan and I don't want that to put you off the fact that we had a lovely holiday in the beautiful villa, just a few niggles to sort to make it easier when you're so remote

Wonderfully remote, beautiful home in a stunning location. The pool was a great size for the five of us, the loungers and parasol in good condition, the garden is full of olive trees and the scenery is breathtaking. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Yes you need to buy food etc on your way there as it's a bit of trek to a supermarket and this includes dishwasher tabs/liquid, cleaning cloths etc but it's well worth it.
