Hi, we re a Dutch family of five. We booked this house because of the sauna, fire place and the Jacuzzi. We only heard the Jacuzzi was broken and not to be fixed on the day we were travelling. Very disappointing. The house itself is very nice. Kitchen well equipped. Fire place with wood. Sauna and three bathrooms. Remarkable. The lights in the house have been changed but give a very industrial bright light. No cosy lamps in the living room/dining room or reading lights. Could do with some love. On two of the beds the mattresses had springs where you could feel the metal. We think beds and night rest are one of the main things in a house. But this was under par. Maybe add a thick topper matress to the beds. The location is very nice. Close to the village and the ski slope/elevation. The kids loved the house and there were some games to play. The communication with Airbnb/Belvilla and the local host was rather Kafkaesque. Gave us stress, sadly.

Great house, beautiful surroundings, lots of extra's in the house (although we didnt use most of them like the sauna and the bubblebath in the garden etc). Only critique really is the communication; with Christine the communication was good and clear, quick, helpful etcetera. But we also received messages from a person (or most likely a computer) called Lisa Belvilla or Team Lisa (?). These messages contained no useful information ('be sure to visit the surroundings of the house' or 'if you have any problems please contact our local contact' but not the actual phone-number of that local contact) and were somewhat confusing considering we had just spoken to Christine.

WARNING: the host expects an additional EUR 125 cleaning fee in cash. This is not made clear in the listing, hidden under "House Rules". This violates AirBnB's rental policy, and, when I reached out multiple times over the past 2 weeks to the host to remedy the situation, they did not respond to any of my questions. This unfortunately ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay (the location and property are nice).
