The rental was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. Ginette was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely try to rent this unit again next time I'm in the area!

Firstly I have to say, she is a sweet lady. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy the bed is. Plenty of towels provided. You’re going to need them because the bathroom situation was subpar at best. The shower flooded the bathroom even with the curtain completely closed. Aside from that, it was a contemporary environment. The only other minor/major complaint was the ceiling fan. It made a lot of noise. This, like the bathroom, are all things that can be fixed. I would stay here again because I felt safe, in a convenient location, and overall the vibes were good.

This was my second time to stay at Ginette's. It felt like coming home. I've stayed at places where you never see or hear from the host. A lot of times, that just fine. But Ginette greeted me in person and was available to answer too many questions. I was in the process of moving to Maine, and, long story short, Ginette and I are now neighbors!

Great value for a nice getaway in Caribou. Ginette was very responsive and flexible when it came to key exchange. The place itself was quaint and well worth the price. I had a fantastic time experiencing the Eclipse here from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend!
