We had a great stay at this small, tranquil, cozy and clean place in the rural neighborhood of Dryden, NY. All the windows offered nice views of the surrounding woods, distant farms and hills. It was perfect space for my wife, myself and my retriever dog. The seating area with a futon that can pull out into a bed, a nice small bedroom, and bathroom—all were just right for us. The provisions of a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, toaster oven came to be very useful for us as we had some of our own food and our dog’s food to refrigerate/heat. There is parking on site, a horse stable and an open paddock with some beautiful horses! This was the highlight for us and what attracted us to this place. Mike was so kind as to take the time to show us the horse barn and bring out couple of the horses for us to pet. Our daughter who was visiting us for a day especially enjoyed spending some time at the stable and getting to pet/know the horses. We were thankful for such friendly hosts who were always easy to reach and would always enquire as to our needs or how our stay was going. We met their sweet dog Ben and their cat ‘Kitten’. It was in all a memorable and wonderful getaway.

Anthony is the best Airbnb host that I have had. Everything was well described, check in went very well, and the set up was terrific. We really enjoyed the living room and bed room. Most importantly Anthony was very respectful to our privacy, and this really made us feel like we were at home. A+

This was my 1st experience with Airbnb. Anthony communicated with me throughout my stay. He made me ease my concerns even before I needed to ask with all the information communicated through the app. The stay was clean, tidy, with updated rooms with heat/A/C split systems in both living room and bedroom. The bathroom was well stock with towels and well beyond that is necessary, such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner if you forgot yours. I like the fact its private , with your own bathroom, with a your own separate space. The location to me was perfect. It was between the my daughter college and Ithaca, which i visited both within 20 minutes opposite direction. Highly recommended. Thank you
