Really enjoyed my first time in Calgary at this location. Super close to trendy shops, pubs & restaurants on 17th avenue, very walkable.

The property largely matched the images. However, we found the bedroom unsuitable due to an unpleasant odor and used linens, compelling us to find alternative lodging. Despite efforts to communicate with the host about terminating our month-long reservation, we received no response. The TV remote was non-functional, limiting our usage during our brief 2-day stay of the 31-day reservation when we decided to sleep on the couch in the living room. The kitchen, while not explicitly listing a dishwasher, lacked one. This may be worth noting for potential guests. Furthermore, unlike other Airbnb accommodations we have experienced, essential cooking ingredients such as salt and pepper were absent. Notably, the building prohibits Airbnb, focusing on 30+ day rentals. The absence of essential amenities, given this policy, was surprising. Overall, it fell short of our expectations. We regret that our investment did not yield the anticipated experience.

Neil’s place was awesome! It was clean, adequately furnished, close to 17th, good restaurants and activities. Neil was a great host. 10/10 recommend!

Great location and view from the window. There is also a swimming pool and gym right in the house.

Great location! Walkable distance to everywhere,especially some restaurants. Neighbors are quite. I worked remotely on weekdays during my stay, no issue. Neil responses quickly for my questions. The auto sent check-in guide is not applied anymore. Check with Neil for the new check-in method if you choose to stay here.
