Quaint house near Delavan Lake, but did not have direct lake access within walking distance. Easy drive to Lake Geneva . Home had plenty of kitchen and dining space for our group of 7 adults. The beautiful dining table was great for dinner and evening games. Upstairs bathroom had a great bathtub/shower with plenty of space. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. Sleeping arrangements were tight for 7 adults, but we made it work. Kitchen appliances (coffee pot and dishwasher) could use a good cleaning, as well as the upstairs carpet. Beautiful deck but could use a pressure wash, and yard could use some TLC. Fire pit in the yard, but be sure to bring your own wood. There were landscaping bricks stacked against the garage which gave it cluttered look. Overall ok for a short stay, a bit pricey for the space.

We stayed here for several days around an event at Alpine Valley. This house is a two story that was plenty big for the four of us. It was reasonably close to Lake Geneva. Delavan, and Elkhorn. The host was proactive making sure we knew particulars before we arrived. The bedrooms are upstairs and the a/c is window units. With the appropriate settings the a/c was able to keep up with the hot weather.

Great place to stay. We were getting married and needed a place to accommodate some guests from out of town that were in our wedding party. 1 room had queen bed, 2nd room had a queen bed with a queen trundle and the 3rd room had a twin bed with twin trundle. Back room by the laundry room had a couch and it's own entrance, main living room had nice seating area. Large dining table to feed everyone. And large kitchen for everyone to be in. Over all great place to stay for the weekend. Beautiful beach access in walking distance, neighbors are very friendly!
