The host (Jeffrey) was fantastic and he was very responsive and provided help along the way. The location of this place was excellent as it's literally 5 minutes walk to SM Mall, which was very convenient. Since I was having a break and was resting inside the apartment for a few days, there were a lot of insects and possibly bed bugs as I was bitten quite badly overall. Even though the host provided repellent lotion, which helped partially, it wasn't convenient that I needed to use it constantly. I could have been in the jungle and been bitten the same, which meant the apartment needed some pest fumigation. A number of previous guests had mentioned this issue, and I hope the host addresses this for future guests. Otherwise, I will say the location was awesome and had all the amenities necessary.

Stayed a few times now at Jeffrey's place and without a doubt it's the best home away from home in my opinion. As a host he's responsive and very nice. The place is comfortable and has a home-y feel.
