Our group loved staying at Soul! The huge common area was perfect to gather after a long day and relax, watch movies, and discuss the days events. We would love to stay here again for our next business trip to St Louis!

Ran and crew were amazing!! lots of communication, they were flexible with the check-in which helped us out a ton!! We had a fire alarm chirping and they immediately had the problem fixed. This is the second house I have rented from them and its been nothing but professional and amazing time. Highly recommend using their team for whatever you are doing in St. Louis.

This place was perfect for our large group! It was a short walk to the Dome and restaurants. We loved the large hang out spaces!! The glass between the bedrooms can be seen through which made things a little awkward for our group. An optional curtain or blind would be very helpful. The beds were so incredibly comfortable which made the place feel even more like home. The pillows were very thin. We had an issue with the door into our room one afternoon and Jimmy came right out and fixed it! Our stay was wonderful. Thank you!!!

The place was very secure and in a great location. Very clean as well. Ren provided everything I needed and was great about communication. Would highly recommend!

For anyone thinking about booking “SOUL” it was very accurate to the description and also very clean which our group appreciated a lot! The common lounge room was bigger than we anticipated which was nice that we all had plenty of space to relax and socialize in. Having the 2 separate queen rooms made it nice since we had a nursing mother with us and it gave her privacy from the group when it was needed. Like the hosts mentioned Snuck’s grocery store is about 2 blocks away which made it nice to grab anything we got hungry for or wanted to cook. The side lot made it easy to park and carry our stuff right up to our room with minimal hassle. I stayed at one of Sonny’s places last year and the communication before, during, and after the stay from Sonny was stellar. This year I think management may have changed or been shuffled around a bit and when we got close to our arrival date (within a week or two of our stay) I would have to say the personal communication from the hosts was less than average and left a lot to be wanted. I was trying to communicate regarding our previous stay and the discounts associated with that and felt like I was “ghosted” until we couldn’t cancel the room anymore and were within that 24 hr period of time. I don’t know if that was by any means intentional but I do feel like clear communication is important to me along with many other guests. (Which for most of the entire process it was until right before we arrived) The instructions given on how to access the building and room was very clear and even had a video that walked you through how to access everything you needed for your stay which was much appreciated. I definitely appreciated the small things the hosts did like make sure there were a couple extra comforters in case anyone got cold and also had little soaps for people to use. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book another room when/if we return to St. Louis.
