Positive: It is a good location close to shopping and restaurants. The house is in a private secure community. The house is big and spacious, with 4 bedrooms and many beds. Negative: You will be asked to communicate via what s app instead of Airbnb's chat, this felt fishy at the beginning but we didn't have any issue after that. One of the rooms had mold in the bathroom and it was also visible on a wall inside a closet.

Amplia bonita y limpia! Pero por ser tan grande, un clima por ejemplo en la primer planta no es suficiente, lo mismo pasa con las áreas como el cuarto de televisión, escaleras o la “habitación“ del 3er piso. Muy grande y por ser un espacio abierto no se alcanzaba a enfriar. La locación de la casa está súper bien! Cerca de de negocios de comida, cafés y bares. Es más recomendable llevar auto propio, pues entrar en taxi o de servicio de aplicación es una lata pues hay que avisar al host que te asignan cada vez que requieres uno. Por último, me pidieron como requisito de registro identificación de todo el grupo y es la primera vez que me sucede, para que estén preparados.

Very big house definitely worth it if you’re traveling in a big group. It does need more help on the cleanliness but nothing too bad besides that the view from the 3rd floor is beautiful. Very close to many restaurants and food trucks. The private entrance makes it feel very safe the amenities listed are all there plus some kitchen utensils you can use. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much I would definitely stay there again.
