Outstanding property in a great neighborhood. Everything about the unit was very well done. Walter and Karen are great host and took care of our every need and question. I cannot recommend the owner and property enough. Book with confidence.

This is a very nice place !! Very clean and spacious. You share the backyard area with upstair units, but we didn’t have any issues. We loved the pool in our backyard and enjoyed manatees every day. We had a couple questions and Walter and Karen were very quick on getting back. They made our stay much better.

My family had a lovely stay at Walter and Karen's home in Islamorada. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool, sitting around fire pit, watching the manatees, exploring local restaurants, and soaking up the sun at nearby beaches. There are so many activities near the house if you want to go on an adventure or you can just lounge around the pool if that is your jame. Walter was our main point of contact and he was a wonderful host. Very attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying here is a must!!! We rented the downstairs unit. Everything was spacious clean and well appointed. The pool was fantastic for after a day of fishing. We were apprehensive at sharing the space at first but it wasn’t an issue at all. Location was great. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the street. Boating was super easy. Publix delivers to the location which was great. Lots of good restaurants around but the kitchen is well appointed so not necessary to go out. We will be back!

My wife and I had traveled to many countries, and stayed at many places over the years, and confidently can say that Walter and Karen are some of the most caring, accommodating and responsive people who have hosted us. They understand that people visiting for an extended period of time have different expectations, and truly make you feel that this place is your home. The place is equipped with new appliances, and utensils, and they provided new BBQs during our stay. The location is in a residential neighborhood , and the closest supermarket is 11 minutes away (never was a problem for us - the drive along the sea never felt long). The highlight of the stay is the secluded gated beach, and it is a crowning jewel of what this place offers. We often felt that the beach was there just for us, and our kids loved the calm-shallow-sandy sea to explore for shells, rays, small sharks, crab and plenty of fish. The adults loved the shady areas, warm water, and the tranquility it offers - especially on weekdays. We enjoyed many sunrises over the Atlantic, while fishing the bridges just a mile from the house, and have great memories of many beautiful sunsets over the gulf side. The drive to Miami is only 90 minutes, and there are few other parks within an hour drive on the lower keys.
