Anne Marie's place was beautiful and a wonderful home base for our family in Melbourne. Tons of space, very clean and great for relaxing and entertaining. It's also very walkable to great restaurants, parks and the tram. Anne Marie was the best host - so responsive, helpful and accommodating. We had our toddler with us and she even went out of her way to get a cot and some toys for her to play with. We loved every moment at Anne Marie's place and would highly recommend her home for any family or group traveling to Melbourne.

The house is perfectly located : a few minutes walking distance from the tramway stations to go to the city center and to the beach ; also, very close to shops, restaurants and coffees of the Albert Park village. The house is quiet, very clean, perfectly designed to accommodate the guests in a warm and comfortable way ; the garden is also very pleasant. Anne Marie is very friendly and professional. We enjoyed the days we spent in her house, and highly recommend this address.

Anne Marie was an excellent host, with a house in a perfect location in the Albert Park / South Melbourne suburb. We could walk to the park with our toddler, the pub with our friends, and the South Melbourne market with our visiting parents (and we did all three). The house itself is lovely, very clean, with a beautiful back garden (lime trees and herbs!) and all amenities we could have wanted. In fact, Anne Marie supported to ensure that the house was set up with a few specific requests in advance. We would stay again ourselves and definitely recommend to others.

Lovely house in a great location. Peaceful. Anne Marie is a great host and the house has everything you need. 10 minute walk to both South Melbourne markets and Albert Park restaurants. Cafe and welcoming hotel almost next door. Tram stop very close. A wonderful and very convenient place to stay.

I cannot thank Anne Marie enough. We were looking for a longer booking and from booking to final checkout Anne Marie made the process stress free and an absolute breeze. Anne Marie was always happy to help with suggestions and making sure everyone had a comfortable stay.
