Very responsive Host and helpful ng contacts na nabigay ni Host. Cons lang is medyo mahina yung aircon pero nalamig naman sa gabi and nasaktuhan kmi na may maintenance ang internet/cable nila so need lang mag ready for data or any resources ng internet and entertainment. But all was great!

This accomodation was one of the cheap option you can find in Airbnb for Laiya. It was really 1 minute walk to the beach. We were assigned to stay at the 2nd floor of the building. The room was small but clean though. There was a small flat screen TV and refrigerator upon request. Their wifi was fast and reliable. The bathroom was also clean however, the bidet was unfixed. In addition, there were no free toiletries so you should bring your own if you are planning to stay here. If you have a car, you could use their free parking downstairs. Getting in and out of the premise was a little tough since only 1 car could fit the pathway. You should also consider buying your dinner earlier than the sunset because most of the stores and eateries were closed by 7PM. The beach has a coarse sand so I suggest wearing a beach shoes instead. The water was clear and not too salty. The waves were strong but it was fine. There were few water activities available here. The host was responsive to our queries. The assistant of the host, JR, was very helpful and kind. Most of our requests were given to us. Overall, we had a great time staying at Kuya Alec's place. If you are looking for a budgeted accomodation to stay for short vacation, this one is for you.
