This is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the beach that has recently been renovated with top of the line furnishings and appliances. Views of the Gulf from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen has soft close cabinets, quartz counter tops, smooth surface stove, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. No carpet in this unit - tile throughout. New furnishings include new slip cover sleeper sofa, new recliner, new flatscreen smart HD TV’s and new dining table and chairs. The complex has a swim through indoor/outdoor pool, jetted hot tub, grilling area, covered and open parking, and shaded picnic area.

The condo is great - right on the end of the building overlooking the beach. It was clean, quiet, and just as pictured. This was a wonderful, relaxing place to spend our vacation. Great host as well - Shannon always responded to questions very quickly.

It’s located in the heart of Orange Beach. It is in close proximity to the many local attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf, amusement parks, water sports, boating, fishing, and more. WOW! You can walk straight across the street for Fresh Steamed Seafood available at Lartigue’s Fresh Seafood Market. You can bring it back to the condo and eat on the balcony. Also - Grocery Stores, Great restaurants, and local marinas are nearby. Cotton Bayou, which includes a public boat launch, is near. This condo is well located!
