Goed appartement met alle benodigdheden. Locatie is top en met de metro ben je overal zo. Communicatie met Grace is enorm fijn.

This is a beautiful apartment with lots of space, located in a friendly and convenient area. You have to pick up keys from a shop which is about a 20 minute walk so if you have a lot of luggage i would suggest getting off at Leyton tube if that's the transport you are taking, as it is closer to the shop! But I would 100% stay here again. Thank you Grace

Beautiful and clean apartment. Spacious with a great kitchen plus bathroom. the views of Westfield was great and enjoyed the balcony area especially during night time. Location is great too.

I’d like to start by saying that I really dislike leaving negative reviews. But unfortunately I have to on this occasion and as you’ll see, I have a lot to lament on. For the record, we were offered a good will reimbursement for the below, although the amount was purely symbolic and not sufficient in my opinion. A few days before arriving at the flat we were very disappointed to learn that key collection / drop-off is not nearby the flat, but involves going to a key store by another underground station or taking a cab journey. It may not be hugely far away, but it is certainly not around the corner either, and this is very inconvenient if you have suitcases and are tired after a journey. Had I known this in advance, I personally wouldn’t have booked the flat. This should be made clearer to potential guests. Upon arrival at the flat we found a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned properly (some stains “left behind” inside the toilet bowl), as well as a bathroom floor that didn’t seem clean at all either. There was also a bad smell in the kitchen, which may have come from the food left in the pantry. Pots and plans seemed unclean and gave off odors, and the inside of the kitchen cabinets had various spill marks on them. We immediately were put off cooking/eating in the flat. When sending photos of these issues to the support team, we were initially told our photos did not suffice for sending a new cleaner and that maybe our cleanliness standards were too high!!! Despite calling the support team numerous times, this was never resolved. Indeed for the duration of the stay, although the support team always answered promptly, they were always standard polite responses but no action was ever actually taken. Leaving to one side that the sofa had some unpleasant stains, when using the sofa bed, hairs would appear suggesting that the sofa/surrounding floor needed a good hoovering, and chairs in the flat also had “bits” left behind on them. If a third guest will using the sofa bed, bear in mind that there are no curtains in the living room, making it harder to get a good night’s rest.. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when we found a cockroach in the bathroom one evening. Where’s there one cockroach, the likelihood is that there are others, and given the lack of cleanliness encountered, one can’t help but think this is connected. We therefore decided to vacate the flat early. I would like to note for the record that the flat is otherwise nice from an aesthetic point of view, sheets and towels were very clean as was the bathtub, and the flat’s location is very nice, as well as being convenient too (for shops and underground/train/bus station).
