The host was very responsive. We booked the place at 4pm but were told to wait until 5pm due to cleaning. In my opinion the place should be cleaned prior to even being listed on the website. 20 minutes after checking in we were told of a power outage and that the host forgot to inform us before hand which I find unacceptable. Communicated with the host for compensation as we couldn’t be inside the accommodation but was given the option of only RM50 reimbursement. After that they offered an alternative property which was actually a downgrade from the initial property. The second property had 3 rooms too but one of the room (maid room) had no windows and had only a very poor sofa bed and no other furniture. Overall expected much better. The host responded very fast but that was the only good thing. Not enough utensils like cups and glasses based on the number of occupants. Based on the listing, Netflix was provided but had to log in to my own account.
