Casa il Giardino Di Peppino is a semi-detached holiday house. It’s a large villa with two floors which it has been divided in three parts. All three apartments (one on the first floor and two on the ground floor) have private entrances and the outside area has been equally divided. You will be staying at the ground floor. This property is also equipped with washing machine, wi-fi, fans, mosquito nets and a cot. There is no air conditioning and dish washer. Only 2-min walk from the beach! There are four bedrooms: one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, one single bedroom with private bathroom and one alcove bedroom. There are two bathrooms (please note one is ensuite), one large living room with tv, one laundry room and one kitchen. The outside area features a large garden and veranda with a table, chairs and desk chairs, outdoor shower and barbecue.

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut - insbesondere auch in der Küche. Pina und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit mit Ratschlägen, als wir mit unserer Tochter ein Spital aufsuchen mussten. Was im Inserat nicht steht, Pina uns auf Nachfrage aber vorab mitgeteilt hat: das Haus hat man nicht für sich allein - es sind 3 Wohnungen. Es gibt Fenster der eigenen Wohnung, die auf die Aussenbereiche der Nachbarn gehen und umgekehrt. Pina war jederzeit gut erreichbar und beim Check-In und Check-Out sehr flexibel. Das Meer ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar - einfach toll!
Nous avons passé avec un couple d’amis et leurs enfants quelques jours dans cette maison. Elle est très fonctionnelle pour une famille, sa terrasse extérieur couverte est très appréciable du petit déjeuner au repas du soir. La plage est a seulement 200m et elle est magnifique! 😍
Wonderful oasis away from home. Our first time to Italy and first time to Sardinia as well. Reminded me of a sleepy beach town from our hometown Jersey shore - Italian style. No air condition could be rough if hot summer, but ways to keep house cool. Outdoor shower was pure bliss after a long day at beach. Shared home - like an apartment but all private spaces. Other occupant plays music and signs but has great music taste and also brought joy. Quick walk to beach. Learning how to separate trash was a bit tricky but so thankful they care enough to do so. Would love to come again one day!
Everything was super. Perfect location, good dimension of the house and amazing view. The house is not alone and you have to share with other family some external spaces.
Très bon emplacement la mer est 2 minutes. La maison est en fait une maison partagée et non une maison autonome. Nous avons très bien été accueillis maison propre et spacieuse. Le bémol maison sans wifi. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié San Giovanni de Sinis.

The seaside resort of San Giovanni is very suitable for cycling and long walks. It has numerous bars and restaurants along the entire coast. You can find the archaeological site of Tharros, the ancient city inhabited by the Nuragic, Phoenicians, Punics and Romans. In the summer period you can admire this uncontaminated coast by the panoramic train. In a few minutes by car you can reach the famous white quartz beaches of Is Arutas and Mari Ermi. The seaside town of Torregrande is just a ten minutes by car away and offers entertainment for children and adults and various kiosks and restaurants on the beach.
Coming by car or renting a car is highly recommended to reach this property and to get around. Free parking is available by the property on the street. If you need a taxi, we can book this for you, from/to the airport and also during your stay.
