The greatest advantage of this place is its location, and not just it being near to everything. The unit itself is at the ground floor with the best designated parking slot downstairs - fully covered and just by the exit near the elevator/stairs. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. The quality of service reminded me of the guards in Rockwell developments. Security is tight with guards at the front gate and lobby. Size of the space is more than adequate for a single person and couples wouldn’t have problems either. Internet was always fast. The AC is a welcome surprise! It can quickly cool down the entire room in minutes. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom was very clean with good water pressure and consistent hot water. For a more open space, there is a big balcony at the function hall. Claudia was an exceptional host! She was able to answer all my questions before I moved in and checked on me without being intrusive. Overall, my stay was pleasantly comfortable. :)

To be honest, my WORST EXPERIENCE here in Airbnb. The place was obviously not cleaned at all for like a weeks because of the thickness of dust. The place was not like the pictures posted here. BUT Miss Claudia is very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She was so professional handling this kind of situation. We really had a bad experince but I would like to THANK YOU, Miss Claudia. WE WILL SURELY BOOK YOUR PLACE AGAIN NEXT TIME. ❤️

My wife and I stayed at Claudia's place while I was visiting St Luke's Medical Center. The location was perfect. Also, the apartment was just as described. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. We will look to stay here again in the future on my return visit to the medical center. Thanks Claudia!
