The house is located at the edge of Facinas. However, despite the village connection, you feel like you're in the countryside. With a view of the valley and cow pastures next to the house, you can enjoy the evening sun on the roof terrace. With the large panoramic window in the kitchen, the interior and exterior melt into one. Perfect to relax with family or friends. The basement of the house has two double bedrooms (the one with the big window has an air condition; the other one has portable fans) and a bathroom. The rustic stairs leads to the living area. Equipped with a large seating area and an inviting kitchen, everything is taken care of. For the cold seasons there is a pellet stove that increases the living comfort. Through the window front in the kitchen area you can enjoy the view of the valley of Facinas and the sunset on the roof terrace. A small garden with palm trees is also available.

Großartige Unterkunft mit ganz viel Geschmack eingerichtet und jedweder Ausstattung, die man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Marisa ist sympathisch und leicht gewesen, jederzeit erreichbar, sogar mit Tipps vor Ort über einen Freund von Marisa. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man vielen sportlichen Aktivitäten nachgehen und jeden schönen Strand in der Nähe super erreichen - dennoch ist es ruhig in dem kleinen Dorf und man kann wunderbar die geschäftigten und heißen Tage am Strand ausklingen lassen.
Le logement est conforme aux photos. Très confortable, cosy, très bien situé, proche des plus belles plages. Très bon contact avec Marisa et Sebastien qui sont très réactifs et aimables. Le seul inconvénient: les aboiements intempestifs des chiens des alentours qui perturbent la tranquilité des paysages et du logement qui invite au calme.
Un precioso apartamento en el pueblo de Facinas, ideal para poder moverte por toda la costa y visitar las maravillosas playas. Nos ha encantado la decoración de la casa y del jardín. La terraza, magnifica para descansar al atardecer después de un día de playa. Muy recomendable
We had a great time at Marisa’s place. The house has a very nice surf/ bohemian vibe we liked very much. The roof terrace is as nice as pictured and a large kitchen. Facinas is a small friendly village close to our favourite beaches. Thanks again!
Notre séjour a été plus que parfait. Je recommande sans hésitation. La communication avec l’hôte a été impeccable. La maison est tel que sur les photos.

Facinas itself has a number of bars and restaurants. Beautiful hiking trails through the hills of the village make the place unique. Drinking water can be bottled even from a small spring. From our house the beach of Bolonia or Valdevaqueros can be reached in about 10 min. Ideally suited for all water sports such as kiting and surfing. Tarifa and Vejer is not far away. 10 min. from the house there is a climbing garden and one of the best bouldering areas in Spain.
It is not for nothing that "Tarifa" means Europe's wind mecca. While you would be stuck in traffic jams towards the beach around Tarifa during the summer months, the locals appreciate the location of Facinas. You are here in the center of all popular beaches and drive against the rush hour. In winter the tide changes and Andalusia shows its potential for wavesurfing.
