Sean was quick to respond at our last minute request. He called & clearly explained what we needed to do to check in because it was a last minute reservation! Friendly and helpful!

Sean took our money despite the fact his condo could not be used due to severe weather. We told him before the start date that we would not be using it. He never replied. Today, after the term of the reservation expired, he informed us for the first time that notifying him was inadequate and that we needed to inform AirBnB. The fact it was unsafe to travel there is a matter of public record. From the moment the reservation began through recently even STEVENS PASS our mountain pass to get there, remained closed, that’s how bad it was. Even the resort told us they were telling guests not to go out, that it was too dangerous and other places in the town were offering full refunds even though they said “no refund” in their posting. Sean also did not reply to messages nor provide us his full name nor a phone number to contact him. In my opinion customers should beware of this owner.
