A great place to stay for large groups in a great location. Some of the best fishing on the river is right out the back door.

The house is filthy. There is so much junk in the house. Dust everywhere. You can barely move around in the rooms. There is no heat is downstairs except 2 small electric heaters to heat 4 big rooms. Everyone was upstairs in the smallest part of the house for the whole trip, other than sleeping with many blankets that we had to wash before using them. Toilets were filthy we had to clean them all on arrival. The downstairs shower is like showering outside just Sheetrock. There are no doors on the closet sheets hanging over them. Two of the three toilets kept getting stopped up. Only one bathroom worked. The kitchen table was held up with clothes pins it was about to fall every time someone touched it. The main bathroom upstairs flooded the bedroom downstairs so we were not able to use that bathroom or that bedroom. The pans in the kitchen were rust and 20 years old. We were afraid to use them. Chair was broken in living room. The shelf in the bathroom was broke and stuff on the floor.

We had a large group of family and the space was perfect and fit all our needs. Rusty bent over backwards to take care of everything and called through the time we were there to make sure we were happy. We will be excited to come back again soon!!

The house was amazing! Large enough for our group and had most of the kitchen essentials we needed. The only thing I would say it needs is new gas and charcoal grills. We made it work though! Overall a great stay!
