Terrific place! Large, modern, clean-- just like it looks in the pictures-- very comfortable. One thing that is not as clear in the description is how nice the community itself is-- it is a huge gated community with nice walking trails along the lake. Restaurants in the area are fun, e.g. Hart's Turkey Farm (year-round Thanksgiving food). Rick was very easy to get in touch with via text and responded very quickly to all of our questions. My family is very picky about where we stay and everyone had a great time.
Had an amazing stay at Rick and Lori’s home. The home is even larger and more welcoming than pictures can show. The house was well equipped and is centrally located in the Lakes Region. The hosts were easy to communicate with allowed for a hassle free stay! Will definitely rebook this house when back in the area.
We had a great time at this Laconia property. It was fully furnished with all the accommodations, table games, and foosball which made this stay special. The townhouse is located on a beautiful lake area and restaurants are near by. Rick the owner is always available to answer questions and provided clear information prior arrival. Overall, we are looking forward for our next winter wonderland vacation in Laconia.
