Wonderful location with a beautiful view of the valley through the trees. Home sits on the same property as the home owners with a gated entrance. Plenty of privacy. Clean. Convenient access to local hiking trails, microbrews, and the Bluemonth Vineyard, as well as local towns. Responsive communciation with owners during our stay and we were greeted upon arrival. I would definitely return.

My Mom and I wanted to spend some time together catching up and this cottage was the ticket! Nicola’s incredible place has amazing views and the surrounding landscape on the property was top notch, with old trees and lots of beautiful shrubs to enjoy while looking out upon the grounds! The cottage had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed hanging out on the porch! This cottage is a great jumping off point for experiencing local hiking trails and wineries! We really enjoyed Hillsborough Winery and Cool Springs walking trail near the Shenandoah River! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely do it again!
