This house was immaculate and well appointed with games and supplies. I stayed here with 11 people for the Waste Management open. The house has incredible entertainment spaces, the best being the pool area and the professional kitchen. Everything was very clean there were plenty of extra sheets/towels/utensils etc. My only gripe was with the management company, "Evolve". I requested the pool be heated and they insisted that I submit additional payment thru Airbnb prior to the stay. I would have been happy to do this, but airbnb doesn't let tenants pay additional costs before the stay. I tried to explain this to Evolve but they kept asking me to contact support (which I did multiple times). I ended up reaching out to the concierge listed for the house, Marlene who was EXTREMELY helpful and proactive. If you have any issues or requests, please go to them first.

Beautiful home! Would stay again. Hosts were very responsive. Only incident was we had the back door that faced pool open, we received notification it needs to be closed so we shut it right after but received another notification saying it was open when it wasn’t (I’m assuming it was because the temperate took a while to come back down because it was so hot). But overall really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and would highly recommend it. Great location! ☺️

The Evolve team made our stay in Scottsdale a memorable and incredible experience! We would definitely come back :) so many amenities and a beautiful home and neighborhood.
