First, let me say that my family has been been vacationing up and down the Florida gulf coast for 20 years - Fort Myers, Panama City Beach, Seaside, Bonita Springs, etc. The full balcony and beautiful view was the treat of the vacation! We had 5 people, my wife and I, and daughter plus 2 friends - 17 year olds. We were pleasantly surprised to see that both bathroom showers spaces had been update - excellent enhancements. Lots of area to spread out in the living/kitchen space. I love to cook and the kitchen had all the amenities that you needed with lots of space for help and manage multiple courses. The entire property was very clean and when messes were made they were cleaned up immediately. Immediate beach access that was spacious and private. Very close to a lot of local amenities including a dunkin donuts/baskin robins at exit of property, Chic fila, gas station and liquor store across the street. Multiple great restaurants - fine dining to pizza (shout to Vinnny McGuires)
