If you want to stay at the most beautiful place in Italy stay at Casa Ágata! You will be transported back in time! Ancient cobblestone streets, majestic views of Tuscany with incredible shopping all within walking distance in the beautiful village. Truly a place as advertised Under The Tuscan Sun! 🌻 walking distance to Bramasole and Villa Laura the movie house. Friendly shop owners and warm greetings await you. Truly the absolute best Hosts in Eleonora and Cristina. They went out of their way to pick us up at the train station at 2 am and made sure we felt at home. The place was well stocked with snacks and coffee. The place is beautifully remodeled and well worth the price. I love Cortona! And I love Casa Ágata! You will too! Thank you Eleonora and Cristina! 🙏🏽♥️🇮🇹 You simply are the best and thank you Cristina for the tour of Bramasole, Villa Laura and the Fortress and La Celle Monastery! It is truly a dream come true! We really enjoyed our stay at Eleonora’s place. She went out of her way to help us get checked in. The place is quiet and comfortable. It’s also centrally located and perfect for exploring Cortona. The town is a hidden gem and well worth visiting. It was especially nice after coming from more tourist-packed cities like Rome and Florence. A highlight for us was watching the sunset from the Basilica of Santa Margherita. You’ll love Cortona and Eleonora’s place!
