Truly enjoyable. Aesthetic was rustic, warm, and inviting. Felt very at home. Property is beautiful. Also left a bottle of wine. ❤️

Everything was great and clean! Really enjoyed the loft and after figuring out some of the stuff like the TV and the bathroom sink things went smoothly. I do wish we could have gotten the hot tub heated all the way up but really outside of that it was a great trip. Would love to stay here again!

Where do I start?! We loved the space! The space is very unique, in a good way! We were in awe at the way certain items were recycled. Very very creative! This space would be amazing for groups! We had a great time will definitely be back and the location is perfect 10 min from everything in Temecula! Great and quick communication throughout our stay.

I will say it’s a fun outdoor/public area with great views! However, the beds (and pillows) were incredibly uncomfortable. There were also some cleanliness issues, particularly in the bathroom. As another reviewer mentioned, the bathroom sink didn’t initially work - it turns out there’s a valve that needs to be turned for it to work. We still ended up avoiding it since there were some other issues we had with it.

When my group stayed, we had the unfortunate experience of an inaccurate listing. We came to the area expecting a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room since the listing claimed there was a queen-sized bed in the living room, only to find out it was just a regular sofa. On top of that, the bathroom sink was not working; it had some built-up white stuff on it so it was really hard to twist but when you do twist it, nothing even comes out. The microwave also did not work as efficiently, as we were able to cook one bag of popcorn after 5 minutes and nothing else after that. I think we microwaved the second bag for maybe 15 minutes before giving up. The stairs felt a bit unsafe as it wobbled a bit to go up and down. You can't really tell by the pictures, but it is wheel-locked, which made my group a bit uncomfortable because we thought they were normal stairs locked to the floor. The projector worked great, except you can't use it during the daytime because there are no blinds. The host was kind of responsive. We brought up the bed situation when we checked in, but they didn't respond for 3 hours. I guess once they saw my message they became more responsive but they cut off communications after we checked out. I tried putting in a refund request regarding all the issues we ran into and they did not respond after 3 days, so we involved Airbnb. Aside from this, the location was pretty good. It was a bit scary driving up and down the steep hill at night, which is how you enter the area. The beds were also very comfortable. We gave 4 stars for cleanliness due to the bathroom sink situation. The aesthetics are nice. Check-in instructions were clear to read. But we probably won't stay here again. We decided to give it 3 stars for the location, the beds, and because it wasn't as bad as some other Airbnbs I've heard about. We ran into some inconveniences, as you can read from the first paragraph, so that's why we gave it 3 stars instead of anything less. I do want to note that I usually don't leave reviews that aren't 5 stars because all of the other Airbnbs I've stayed at never gave me much trouble. Hopefully The Element remedies these issues so that others won't go through what we did.
