Didnt reply through airbnb but had to go through the hassle to message in whatsapp and then redirect to another person. not to mention late replies. Hosts wasnt very friendly and I didnt felt welcome at all. I paid for your airbnb and expect at least some customer service. It is kinda abit unsafe to settle matters over whatsapp but not airbnb platform because if any conflict arises, tenant like us almost have no proof like the security deposit matter. Would hope to see improvement on the check in process on more details as in parking/check in/check out. Unit wise is okay and comfortable to stay. Was told netflix applicable and then been told otherwise at the last minute. hope to see a better host management and thats it.

Very, very bad check-in and check out procedure. The person attending to me literally told me to find the carpark myself, when the mall parking was so huge. Didn't explain clearly on how to get to carpark, how to get to unit, and then we spent 30 minutes looking for the exact carpark number on the access card, but the worst part? My car got clamped the next day!!! Going to carpark to lift lobby took a very long walk and we had to figure out where the lobby was because its not within viewing distance. Such nuisance when we have many bags to carry. I've been to more than 20+ BnB, and this was the worst check in and checkout procedure ever. Asked about visitor carpark for a friend staying us, was told to park at the mall carpark- which cost us extra freaking RM40 per night. Despite covid 19- no hand sanitizers were available in the unit, no dish soap, no hand soap either. The place was actually smaller than the wide-lens picture shown. Unit number was also no written clearly between 03 and 05. We had to figure out which one was Tower H and Tower J. Hello, if this is auntie uncle checking in, you think they want to go through all the above nuisance ke haaa? Very bad customer service, with no apologies given at all. If I could give this listing a zero star, I totally would.
