Nice and morden house with great location. This is our 2nd time to choose this place. Only one block away from patong beach and 10-min walk away from the bar street, all the convenience stores, massage, restaurant, cafe right next to the neighborhood. Chonnita is very responsive and detailminded offering all the info and tips we need to stay here. The only pity is that wifi is not very stable and fast as expected (90Mb at the first 3days then 12Mb in the left days, tho idk why it can vary this much). Definitely recommend chonnita's place for you guys.

Chonnita is an amazing host! Quick to respond and willing to do what she can to ensure you have a great time in Thailand. Her brother Min is awesome. Recommend using him when you can to get around. The Deck is located in a good location, very secure and safe and near everything but be warned no such thing as quite place in Patong just less crazy. I highly recommend staying with Chonnita.

Great condo and perfect location!!! The best host in Patong:) great spacious condo with a nice size balcony, and 2 pools , we’ll definitely stay again!!!

Chonnita was a fantastic host, quick to respond to any questions, and easily contactable throughout my stay, this's my 2nd stay with her, different apartment but in the same facility. Great location, close to everything. The apartment was very cozy, sparkling clean, very well furnished with personal touches that make it homely, I felt totally at home during my stay. Highly recommend her apartments to everyone visiting Patong. Excellent place and host!

It's been a crazy week, but here it is... My mom and I had an amazing stay at chonnita's place. Chonnita exceeded our expectations as a host, went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. She was very responsive to all our questions and took the time to provide us with valuable informations. The apartment itself was fantastic, sparkling clean, beautiful and in amazing location close to everything. I can not recommend her apartment enough!!!  We will definitely be back.
