Beautiful corner apartment with great views of mountains and city. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very secure. Close walk to downtown. Great host!Great gym and pool! Felt 5 star!

Excellent location/stunning views. The condo was pristine. Overall, the downside to the stay was the experience with Sonder. They require you to use their Sonder app to check-in/communicate (vs the Airbnb recommended approach to only communicate via their app). The images on their app of the condo building were different than on Airbnb (where the images were correct, fortunately), and when I asked for a late checkout via the Airbnb app it was confirmed - but somehow the message was lost with Sonder and they texted to tell me I needed to leave the condo 3 hours earlier than what had been confirmed. This caused a last minute panic, as we hadn't packed or showered and I had to hope they would correct the mistake (they did). In addition, the code to return the parking lot entry sensor disappeared in the Sonder app at the original checkout time (11am vs 2pm), so we had to call customer service to get a code - which took so much time to figure out we nearly missed our flight.

Sonder is a big company. They make you upload your Driver’s License and complete a digital face scan before they will give you access to the apartment. This is SO sketchy! They even made me do it twice!! There is parking, but they make you pay for it. I had to pay for two nights, even though we dropped the rental car off after the first night. The tub doesn’t drain, so you have to take a shower in a bath. I really don’t like big companies operating on the AirB&B platform.
