We’ve stayed at over 50 Air BnB’s and this house was in the top 2 for cleanliness. The location is perfect for beach going and close to small town type boutiques and restaurants. We appreciated the responsive communication addressing any concerns or questions we had.

Spacious house with all the amenities of home and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Hot tub was nice to relax in after long days on the beach and visiting San Diego. Area is quiet and just minutes from great restaurants and shops. Host is very responsive to communication. We needed one maintenance item addressed during our stay and it was promptly fixed with zero fuss or interruption to our stay. I would definitely stay again if ever returning to the area. Highly recommended.

This house was perfect for a getaway! With a short walk to the beach, it was beautiful both inside and out! Clean, spacious and the in ground jacuzzi was a great addition. Customer service was stellar and the communication was solid! Definitely recommend the house and this company! Thank you for such a great time!!

This review will contain two parts because I originally rented another location that had some issues. In the other Mission Beach location, we did have issues with cleanliness and water issues (not to the host’s fault but at the same time, I was not notified). That location I would give, 3 stars because it was super central to everything. The location couldn’t be beat but the interior was lacking and needs some improvement. The host however, was extremely helpful. They gave me an option to move which is this current home that I am reviewing. Something extremely important to keep in mind as Airbnb’s policy only refund full/partial but only promises to relocate (if possible). So having such a responsive host is 5 stars. This house is a 5 star review because it’s super close to the beach, was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The hot tub was also nice after a long day. So all in all 4 stars because the first experience was not great but the host makes up for it!

great beach location if you're not looking for completely updated and frilly. Loved each room had their own temp control for air. I would stay here again but probably not for the price.
