We cannot thank Alfredo and Monica enough for their above and beyond over the top generosity and level of service. They are organized, thoughtful and very accommodating. You can't teach someone to be genuine or to care and Monica and Alfredo absolutely care and truly wanted us to enjoy our trip. They kept saying "THIS IS YOUR HOUSE. (Alfredo can I get that in writing, we'll be happy to take your house off your hands for free! lol) The pictures of the house are so beautiful, but even more so when you see it in person. When you walk in the door, you can literally see the Ocean in the background. What a great welcoming feature. My family and I (5 kids; 7 of us total) were looking for something other than the normal tourists' hotels. We were looking for that home feel all the while being on vacation. In the past, we've booked hotels that have a suite with an adjoining room or two in order to accommodate our family and that was fun too, but we really enjoyed this much better. Little things matter... We would wake up in the morning and all have a family breakfast just like we're at home. We would see each other in the kitchen or living room and have those impromptu conversations just like home. Staying in their home there really slowed things down and allowed all of us the ability to stop and smell the roses. We live in San Diego and are used to the hustle and fast-paced life. The artwork in the home, the elevated fireplace (a must-see), basketball and soccer courts in the lower backyard, their very large personal gym, BBQ next to the pool (and even a private outdoor shower and restroom) and so much more, make this the perfect place to stay in Guam!
