A beautiful location with fantastic vistas. An eclectic farmhouse with great amenities for 1 to 3 families. If you like rustic charm you'll love it. If you're looking for super lux it may not be for you. We had two families and had a great time. The games room and spa great for both kids and adults. Open fire inside and fire pit outside. We enjoyed the St Andrews Market and local restaurant. Would definitely recommend for a mini escape. Thankyou Frank

This property is by far the worst air-bnb I’ve ever used and aligns perfectly with the other negative reviews that are completely valid. I have not asked for a refund or even a discount, nor will I, this is not a money motivated review by any means and instead a serious concern for anybody's safety that stays there. Unsafe footpaths, several tripping hazards, deck falling apart including nails sticking up, some a finger length out of the deck where people walk, rotting handrails, uncapped ankle to knee-height star pickets sticking out of the ground waiting for someone to be impaled. Pool had a scum rim around the inside, the filter not working and was stuck on by duct tape, the wooden deck rotting and unsafe to walk on, bricks around the edge of the pool were loose, an adult fell into the water when 3 bricks came loose and fell into the water with them. Walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, couches, were all filthy. This was not dust; it was grime and filth that has built up over years

This house should not be allowed on airbnb. It was dirty, unsafe, and full of junk. I honestly couldn't believe the state it was in.

Frank’s place was so wonderful and the perfect location for my birthday weekend! Lots of space and stunning views! Frank was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
