Overall the place was fine - we didn't get check in instructions until two hours beforehand, and that makes me nervous because we have had times where we're stuck there when we arrive and cannot get into a rental. I contacted the owners multiple times day of and the night before asking, and there was no response until I received the instructions right before check in. The drive is insanely steep, and the dumpster is at the very bottom of the steep drive. If there is ice, do not walk down the drive. First tracks was confusing, it would have been nice if there was an explanation more in detail because the app isn't that descriptive. You have the say in the notes "upper eagles nest", otherwise they will try to pick you up at the bottom of the icy hill which is impossible in ski boots. The cookware in the kitchen needs desperate updating. Some towels had toothpaste on them when we arrived, so we questioned whether or not all towels were clean. The beds were nice and cozy, which was great!
