The Studio was exactly as it said, very cozy and warm. Good location to get to Sparta and surrounding area. John very responsive to any requests. A great experience!

This was my second time staying here and it was lovely! The hosts, John and Joan are both very responsive and friendly. The studio is so warm, welcoming, and cozy. It’s the perfect little getaway for 1-2 people. The property is gorgeous and peaceful. I highly recommend and would love to come back again soon!

John and Joan s place is amazing. They have great communication and instructions. They have thought of everything someone will need to be comfortable (toiletries, coffee, water, appliances, bedding, heaters, etcTheir place Is actually nicer and more charming and bigger than the pictures show. Peaceful, quiet, immaculate with all the amenities and things you could need for a great restful getaway. We felt like we were alone in our own place surrounded by woods and beautiful landscapes. The whole town is beautiful and we felt comfortable and safe. Their artwork is beautiful and the icing on the cake is their sweet dog, she was so loving and welcoming to us. This is a 5 stars place and we will definitely return, Thank you so much.

It was a beautiful place for me and husband to stay at. We went to a wedding at Perona Farms and it was close to the venue! Very comfy!
