Neat place, not super clean but ok. Construction noise next door quite loud during the day but doesn’t bother at night. Spacious place, easy communication and parking right at the house.

This property was overall nice, comfortable and clean. The property owners were prompt with addressing our concerns. However… Although listed in the description (but not as clear as it should be) the construction located literally just outside the two bedrooms windows was unbearable and constant ALL DAY LONG! It began between 5:50am and 6:10am (before daylight) and didn’t stop until 5pm. If you want peace and quiet or have young napping children, I would not recommend this property until the construction is completed. We addressed our concerns and the owners did say they contacted the city with a complaint (and a video we sent them) but it didn’t seem to matter. They also refunded us $100 but I would much rather have had the sleep:) Again, a nice place but the noise and bright lights before dawn were frustrating!

The accomodations and beds at this location were very comfortable. It was not as walkable as described and walking to anything central to downtown/King St took 25-40mins. The location, however, was very walkable to Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, and Xiao Bao--which were incredible restaurants. The first morning I woke up to an almost dead cockroach/palmetto bug by my bed. It is clear that they treat the location; however, this critter made it past the barrier. We had no other issues with bugs. The toilets struggled to flush and we'd often have to wait several minutes for the tank to refill with water or take the lid off the tank and pull the lever up to get the toilets to flush. There also appeared to be some water damage above the kitchen sink. I'm very sensitive to mold and have had mold toxicity illness before so this was very worrisome. Other than these minor issues, the stay was comfortable, in a safe area, and if you don't mind walking than a good location to stay in.

Clean and convenient to many places. Unfortunately the TVs in both bedrooms did not work. They tried to fix them but didn’t for whatever reason. The bedroom TVs were part of the reason why we picked this place. Other than that, it’s a nice place.
