The location and view were amazing. I did enjoy this. I was told through the description that there were renovations, but not to this extent. I was awakened each morning with a hammer banging the wall above my head. This went on for hours in the early morning. The pool was indeed closed for renovations but there was no direct beach access. Had to walk around the building down the road where cars were accessing the beach. While sleeping one morning, someone walked right on me while I was sleeping to “look at the balcony”. The refrigerator sounded like it was about to explode and shower curtain rod was rusty and missing loops. I went to this location for relaxation and this wasn’t really achieved.

This little studio it has definitely a beautiful view, and I think for the price it was pretty good place to stay, Monica was very friendly and rapid responding. The entrance it was super easy and you have the beach right in front. The only thing is that the pool it’s closed because because they’re fixing that area after the hurricane but you have the entire beach in front, and fridge some times make some noise that wake you up if you’re sleeping, the bed is very close to the ac, so you need to be careful when you walk out to don’t hurt your legs and the place doesn’t have to many electrical connections or to usb chargers . But even with that it was pretty good for the price so I do recommended.

Such a great location! I was able to enjoy my birthday with an amazing stay and view. Monica was so pleasant and everything described in the ad was perfect, steps to the beach, a lot of eateries near. Plus, it was Bike Week and the bikers staying near were so sweet, and inviting.

Convenient location, right on the ocean, easy to find, very quick to communicate with us. W Great little spot on the beach!
