This mountain house is really special with incredible views, lots of space inside and out, comfortable furnishings, a kitchen that is dreamy to cook in, all beautiful. The road to it is windy and steep, not an ideal place to jog, but there is plenty of land to explore. The architecture is stunning. It’s a great place to hang out and enjoy the NC mountains, sit by the fireplace or fire pit, read and share time with your housemates. Stephanie is easily reachable and accommodating ( REALLY, we locked ourselves out on Thanksgiving!). It is wonderfully isolated, so bring your groceries and enjoy this magical escape.

As beautiful as the pictures are, they don’t do this place justice. It is peaceful and quiet. Couldn’t pick a better place to spend time with family. Can’t wait to go back.

We had our dream wedding at Stephanie’s AirBnB. The views alone make the stay worth while, but on top of that the cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I had many questions leading up to our stay and Stephanie always answered them quickly and was so kind and accommodating. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Whether you’re coming for a peaceful weekend where you can disconnect, vacation with family, or special event, this is the perfect place. We are already thinking about when we can come back to stay!

Stephanie’s cabin is absolute magic. My husband and I stayed here for our intimate elopement ceremony and it was perfect. The incredible views, the private winding wooded drive, the rustic architecture of the cabins, is all nothing short of immaculate. Stephanie is a wonderful host. She was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating. We can’t wait to return to celebrate our anniversary! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, just book it.
