Very nice house with a great view, nice sunset and swimmingpool. Very well located but the route up the mountain can be a little tricky sometimes. A true recommandation!
Good Points: Dave who looks after the villa is amazing. Totally accessible and happy to help with anything. Pool is a great size, beds are comfortable, towels provided, well equipped for outside living and good location with beautiful views. Not so good points: the villa is dated, there is an additional fee for Aircon which isn’t mentioned until your welcome email a week before arrival, pool isn’t cleaned frequently enough, there are no gates on the drive so the grounds and villa are not completely secure. All in all we had a lovely, comfortable few weeks - but if the few not so good points were acted upon we would also feel like it was more worth the amount we paid.
Great view & pool is good but overall place is very basic. Looks better in the photos & needs a bit of an upgrade to make the place more comfortable

I have been lucky enough to live and have my own business in Ibiza for almost 20 years. It is a fantastic place to live and to visit on holiday and I want to ensure all of my guests who come here see the best side of the island! Ibiza often has the reputation of being a party island (and if that is what your here for great) but there is also so much more to the island. The beaches, restaurants, magical sunsets, the un-spoilt countryside, markets, countryside, Ibiza town at night and the stunning island of Formentera - the list goes on :) My aim (along with a small team of staff) is to make sure everyone visiting the island and staying in our properties makes the most of their time, enjoys the island to the full and hopefully wishes to return.
