Buen alojamiento acorde a lo esperado, adecuado para ir a dormir y trasladarse a Nueva York, la zona segura y tranquila, a tres cuadras la parada del bus que nos llevava a la Penn station en media hora aproximadamente, la casa cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina y baño. El aire acondicionado suena muy fuerte y es incómodo cuando uno está durmiendo.

1. Place was very clean and homey. 2.The kitchen and bathroom is shared. Hopeful you have considerate roommates like we had. 3.Mario’s team was responsive and patient. 4. A few stairs to climb. We enjoyed our stay, would stay again! P.S. Ensure to read the instructions to open the doors thoroughly.

4 diff door locks & 4 codes to enter.  HAD TO WATCH 3 videos on diff locks. Still had a problem. Called host. Host asked me to send pic &then i got in. Never met host. Had fleas and ants in bedroom. But was not enough to check out early. Complained about door to bedroom squeaking. Nothing was done.  Complained about many txt msgs sent multiple x. Who needs to hear about heat in summer 3+ x. Host said that i should ignore msgs & said they could not stop msgs. Sleeping on bed sheet and under sheet was a "plastic" sheet covering mattress. Woke up x times in a sweat for that. Area does not have decent restaurants within a mile. Walked to abbys deli closed and cj= out of menu items at 1pm.  Always seemed like I was talking to a different host. hand railing only a part of staircase. Had to inspect for damage to sheets upon arrival or get charged for damaging sheets. Found holes in sheets and reported it. A/C window unit Automatically shuts off after a few minutes ...can say more but 1000 max
