We are a cabin hopping family. We try out new places a few times a year and this cabin is by far the best cabin we have visited. It’s in a beautiful location with amazing property to explore, a breathtaking view of the mountain side across from you and is very clean. We have zero complaints and have shared our experience with friends and family. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

The cabin is located in a beautiful area of NC. The cabin itself provides a wonderful view (however it is a narrow view but worthwhile). I do not recommend any low profile vehicles as they might have an issue with climbing the driveway (be real careful while on the dirt road as it is difficult to find the driveway but not impossible). The cabin is nice however I found the cleanliness of the cabin to be well below standards that one would expect for the price point and the additional cleaning cost. I found a smoke detector was disabled and laying on the dresser, that the dishwasher had standing water in it, coffee pot was very dirty, the grill was beyond nasty and there was a fine layer of dust throughout the cabin on everything you touched and the stove top was also was unacceptable I couldn't tell if it was dirt of old age but it wasn't something I would prepare a meal. My recommendation before renting this cabin is to ensure if at all possible that has successfully addressed and corrected the noted issues. I understand why these cabins owners charge a cleaning fee but in this case I am not sure what they are ding with the cleaning fee because the cabin wasn't clean nor ready for guests. I am hopeful that Air BNB will strongly suggest to the owner to take care of these issues and verify that in fact they have been successfully addressed. Once these issues have been successfully addressed I would give them 4 or 5 stars because it a nice cabin and beautiful area and a family would or should have a grand time exploring the area. One last thought beware that bears do visit the cabin as we had a paw print and a muddy door knob (yes they can twist a door knob) just keep all doors locked and your cars free of food of any sort and you should have a very time.
