Beautiful airbnb, this cabin is on the outskirts of the other chalets, so there is a beautiful view of the mountains (arguably the best view). About 30 minutes to Yoho National Park. As majority Indigenous guests, we were disturbed by the traditional Indigenous ceremonial pipe, which is cultural appropriative and displayed in the lodge. The host acknowledged that the manual in the cabin needs to be updated, but was very helpful when we reached out to figure out the heating. Beds are comfy, and the cabin had all the needed appliances! Very beautiful place.

The place is clean and locates in a beautiful area. U can see snow mountain and river. The host is helpful and give clear direction to drive. He also remind us re highway 1 is closed and recommended us to get groceries before come.

The house and the environment was really good. The children found games and were happy with them. We could do barbecue everyday in the porch and it was really nice enjoying the views while having dinner. Beds were also comfortable. The fridge was too noisy during the night though. They send you an email with a PDF with all information of the house upon arrival, they also inform everywhere of how to get firewood for the fire pit. This makes you think you can do campfire, specially if you come from Banff, where there is no fire ban. So, we bought our own firewood. Once we got there we just found out there was a fire ban in the area since already two months. So, we bought 3 days firewood for nothing. I think they could have informed better and more clearly about the fire ban going on at the time of arrival, specially for tourists not aware of the local fire ban situations.

Cozy log cabin with all the amenities you need. Located at the edge of the woods and a short walk to nearby river’s edge. Plenty of parking and outside deck for bbqing and Al fresco dining. This cabin was clustered near several others so not totally private “in the woods” but the other cabins were all quiet and most people gone during the day exploring surrounding areas. Very comfortable beds, quality pillows and linens, clean bathroom and towels. Kitchen had everything you need to cook at home and even a dishwasher for easy clean up! Would definitely stay here again! Check in was very easy and host provided lots of helpful info before arrival.
