This 18-acres chacra near Route 12, also known as the Panoramic Route because of the breathtaking scenery, is located on a hill with an amazing view. There are lots of activities you can do in our place, from playing soccer in our own field, having a sauna or just laying by the pool. The house has a very well equipped kitchen and a BBQ. There is also a fire pit to prepare your food under the stars. Despite the idyllic, quiet rural location, you will not feel isolated living here. The house is located only 20 minutes from one of the best beaches in Uruguay (Solanas) and 30 minutes from Punta del Este, with its extensive infrastructure. Pueblo Edén is a 15 minutes drive where you can enjoy amazing food. If you are interested in wine, there are 2 bodegas you can visit less than a 10 minutes drive.

Our stay at Johan's countryside home was a delightful escape into nature. Johan was an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help. The property boasts stunning views of the countryside and hills, offering a tranquil environment where the sounds of nature are a gentle backdrop. The house accommodated our family of five comfortably, with three bedrooms and ample space for relaxation. Notable highlights included two horses on the property and the spectacular night skies, made even more enjoyable by the property's secluded location. The amenities, including a washer, dishwasher, and reliable internet via cellular connection, provided all we needed for a comfortable stay. Johan's place is ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful retreat with the comforts of home. Highly recommended for its beautiful setting and exceptional hospitality
