I rated this Airbnb 4 stars because it offers a large, spacious apartment with a big living room with great windows and an extremely comfortable couch. The location is also great, close to the sea, restaurants, and major supermarkets within a 700m radius. On sunny and warm days, having three terraces facing greenery could be a big plus as they don’t overheat. However, there were some issues that prevented a perfect score. The window blinds were broken, blocking any light from entering the rooms, and the water boiler randomly turned off among other minor nuisances. Although these problems were eventually fixed and we received a partial refund, I would have given a 5-star rating if these issues had been resolved prior to our arrival.

nice apartment (big) at a great location. 50% of the shutters defect and down. (human) hair extensions on the carpet. rest was clean. smelly (humidity and probably long time unoccupied - southern winter) broken toilet flush. claimed to be repaired on the second day, not repaired just a sloppy attempt to fix it. wrong adress communicated. waited for the key an hour after stating the guy would be there in 30 (blamed traffic caused by an accident, when i informed that we are a different booking or property. in dubio pro reo...) communication was fast but unhelpful in terms of troubleshooting. employee brought key to a nearby park where we waited, which was nice (thanks for that).

We really enjoyed the apartment for a month. The location is great. It’s quiet and accessible. The place is clean and well accessorized. Real had everything we needed. Feels like home were very responsive and helped us with all of our needs. It was a bumpy start with a late hour check in (we arrived at midnight and had to wait for about 2 hours). But other than that, we were very pleased with our stay. Would definitely recommend

Super nice and confortable flat. Location ia great !! In Cascais next to the ocean and becahes but not in the mufdle of the craziness of summer and all The turisty areas. Kitchen very well equiped, perfect for cooking and having guest over for dinner. We hope to come back soon! Recomended for families 👍🏼
