Pros: Modern, great layout: Host accommodated an extension. We weren’t here for leisure so we didn’t use balcony, but it is very nice. Cons: No hospitality. Host changed their name mid-stay - very impersonal. Unit had an offensive odor of cleaning products but there was trash under every bed and pet hair all over our luggage after we left. Internet and Water Pressure trickled. The tray of “Favors” had a single expired bag of chips. No biggie, just weird. I still recommend the unit, just don’t expect a human to host you. Might as well have been an AI host . Was a great value and great location for accessing OU Medical.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had in my life with this company. Period. We have two little kids and Kimberly and her friend left us outside in the cold without a way to get in and no response two days later. I am appalled at her lack of responsiveness and disrespect. Do NOT expect her to respond or CARE at all. 0 stars.
