Let me start by saying the team was always easy to reach and they replied quickly. Very friendly as well. Thanks for having us. Overall we had a good time but with some issues I will explain. Arrival was very easy. Keybox outside the apartment. Instructions on how to find the key was easy as well. But the apartment is for 3 people and only one set of keys. That was always a logistical problem for us. The Wifi network was a problem. The instructions given were false. The password was correctly but the name of the network was different. The structure and setup of the apartment is different to what I was expecting. Downstairs is the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Then stairs going upstairs and that’s where you find kitchen, sofa, TV and balcony with BBQ. Overall there is a problem with cleanliness. Too much dust for example. Windows not cleaned. And noise is a big problem. We heard everything from our neighbors and all the way from 11th floor to the street (conversations as well!).

Annie and Aron’s place was amazing! Although it’s our 8th time in Sydney, we never stayed in the city side so this was a treat. The unit was amazing and view is awesome. Many great cafes and restaurants around so there is no need for a car. Get an Opal card will be much easier. I would definitely stay here again and refer anyone. There is one small note to the owners, your cleaner will need some TLC or maybe hire someone else. Decent amount of dust build up under the bed and the staircase isn’t wiped down properly from previous guests. Lastly the main bath drain needs some work on channeling the water out so the after shower water smell doesn’t linger around.
